Stairs party
I do not what the reason was, but someone has celebrated something somewhere between the 13th and 14th floor. In the staircase there is a small puddle of confetti.

 I hope I get invited for the next party... |

Is it possible that a paper doll was the life of the party and either sneezed or more likely puked, which would explain this puddle of confetti?
